Hi there,

We consider using Elasticsearch for one of the commercial applications that we developed but are not sure if this is fine according to license agreement. Could you please let me know where we can get detailed instructions?

The open source Elasticsearch component is licensed under the Apache License, version 2. See https://github.com/elastic/elasticsearch#license. The commercial X-Pack software (https://www.elastic.co/subscriptions) has a separate license agreement that you can find when you get your license.
