What is the difference between elastic and apache licensed version

what is the difference between Elasticsearch and Elasticsearch - OSS Only version ?

Is there any difference in the configuration ?

OSS contains only Apache2 license code.
The other version contains Apache2 and Elastic license code. The later contains X-Pack basically with a built-in basic license.
