I need to copy data from the production server into the test server. How to do this ? The snapshot is created in production using azure cloud plugin. Is it possible to restore data from one azure storage to another azure storage account ?

You can install the same cloud plugin on your test instance and use the same credentials to restore it.
Don't mix elasticsearch versions though.
