Elasticsearch showing 89 % memory use and VIRT, RES in red with HTOP

Hi I am suing es 5.6 and java 1.8 when using htop command on server getting 89- to 91 % memory used and VIRT , RES in red color, what action i should take and what is meaning? please help.
