Elasticsearch Status Red-Heap Memory Issue

Hello all,

Every time after indexing few fields My elasticsearch is going red. and I see the following screen in kibana.

Though I have set my Heap memory as 1GB. it says the heap memory is just 70Mb and it's full.
Not sure why? Please help
