ElasticSearch Windows 2019 service fails to start

I have installed ElasticSerach on Windows 2019 server. When I start the service manually it starts, but seems to be a little slow. When I reboot the system the Event log shows the following error:

The Elasticsearch service failed to start due to the following error:
The service did not respond to the start or control request in a timely fashion.

How do I fix this?
