When a user did not set a full name the mail we get from him is from None.
Could we have his login/username instead?
Are you sure this is not specific to emails you are getting from
his name is indeed None.

In that case, ignore me!
I first looked at his profile (as an admin) but it sounds like the "name" does not appear on this form. So I badly guessed it was somehow a "null" value.
