Enabling logout button for proxy authentication

Hello,

I am looking for a way to enable the logout button in kibana 5.6 when I log in through a proxy. Is there a way to do this without creating a plugin?

A simple option might be to create a static page with a frame or iframe which has your proxy logout button in one frame and kibana in the other.
