Encryption at rest support for Platinum subscriptions

As I understand it encryption at rest for Elasticsearch is done at the OS level. Does the Platinum subscription “Encryption at rest support” include running Elasticsearch on Windows Server 2016 using either Encrypting File System (EFS) or BitLocker to encrypt data?

Is there any encryption at rest support for Elasticsearch when running on a Windows Server?
