EPR image does not work

Hi,
When setting up the offline EPR,
As per the instructions, docker.elastic.co/package-registry/distribution:8.14.1 does not work, i.e.,
docker pull docker.elastic.co/package-registry/distribution:8.14.1
Error
Error: choosing an image from manifest list docker://docker.elastic.co/package-registry/distribution:8.14.1: no image found in manifest list for architecture "arm64", variant "v8", OS "linux"
Also its good to have documentation with podman since we are running RHEL 9 distros that does not have docker.

Thanks for this report!
Currently, it is just supported Linux (amd64) in those docker images. We have already created an internal issue to handle this.
