error_class=Fluent::Plugin::ElasticsearchOutput::RecoverableRequestFailure error="could not push logs to Elasticsearch cluster

I am getting this error from the fluentd pods and they keep restarting. Not sure of what the cause is. Any help would be appreciated.

Welcome to our community!

We may not be able to help here sorry, Fluentd is not an Elastic product.
That said, is there anything in the Elasticsearch logs at that time that might correlate to what you are seeing?

Thank you @warkolm - nothing in the elasticsearch logs provides information that could be helpful to this. However, knowing another method for figuring out what is generating the logs that is breaking the cluster will be helpful.
