Hi,

I have the same issue, and yes, I'm behind a proxy.
Although I have been trying to find the article that has been moved to other place, I have not found it.

Hi David,

Thanks for the quick follow-up, and due to my DNS host does not have A record of Proxy host, I've been tyring to set ENV with IP address and still having the same exception.
Do I need to set A record of Proxy host on my DNS and retry to setenv?

Using the IP address of the proxy is fine.
