Recently updated to Elasticstack 6.3 (ElasticSearch, Kibana, Logstash). While it is said that X-Pack is enabled on every install of 6.3, I still cannot access the Graph/Explore API in Kibana. Using the default config files, with the exception of disabling xpack.ml.enabled. Would love some help with this issue.

What license do you use? Graph Analytics & Visualization feature isn't available in basic license , but you should be able to try it out with trial license.
