Feature request: line visualization: implement stack

Hi,

coming from kibana 3 and I really miss the option to stack the values / lines in a line visualization.

Using bars cannot replace this feature.

@asp we have a number of improvements targeted at 5.4 for the various Point Series Charts (Line/Bar/Area) that will add the ability for you to do stacked line charts.
