Fetch data from MongoDB and feed to Elasticsearch

Hi

Is there any way that we can fetch data from MongoDB (on some remote server) and feed it into Elasticsearch server.

I have a scenario where my data flows as given: SAP -> Integration Layer -> MongoDB (Remote server)

I have placed filebeat on SAP and Integration layer and I am able to fetch the data and feed into elasticsearch successfully.

How do I need to proceed with fetching the data from MongoDB?

Please suggest. If possible, please share any reference document which I can refer to.
