Field and Document Level Security

Does ECE support field and document level security? I cannot tell from the ECE documentation whether document and field level security are supported (it links back to Shield documentation and I know that it is supported in Shield).

Elasticsearch clusters running on ECE will have platinum licenses, which enable these features.
