Filebeat > Logstash > Elasticsearch : Which index template?

Hi

I'm using the new ELK stack, with Filebeat that send data to Logstash, and Logstash sends that to Elasticsearch.
Which template should I use? The one from Filebeat or the one from Logstash (with the auto send)

They're mostly the same so it probably doesn't matter.
