Filter for all discover, visualisation and dashboards

Hi,

I have created many visualisation and dashboards in Kibana. I have to create a filter on a field and apply that to all of the visualisations and dashboards. How can i do this?

You can use a pinned filter for this.

Hey tsullivan,

Thanks for the reply. I found it but this pinned filter is available for Kibana version 4.1 and on wards.
Is there any way to apply this kind of functionality to 4.0.3 version?
