Fleet Apache access log integration - adding extra data from logs

Hi,

We have set up an integration via Fleet/Elastic Agent for Apache.

I was wondering if it is possible to add extra data that is present in the access log files, to the data stream, so we can query and visualize it in Kibana.
We added the response time value to our access logs (adding %D to the apache log format), but this value is not parsed now by the agent, so we lose valuable information.
