Fleet server certificate issue

I'm getting this error while installing and enrolling fleet server on a windows host " Error: fleet-server failed: context canceled "

(STARTING->FAILED): 1 error: file is not a certificate adding C:/elasticstack-ca/elasticsearch-ca.crt to the list of known CAs accessing 'output.elasticsearch'

Need a solution on urgent basis

Mine is a self managed elastic stack.

how to verify it ? I have followed the official Elastic documentation while installation of fleet server
