We don't subscribe to x-pack and was wondering if there is a way to secure kibana down, by index, using the basic, or free version of x-pack that comes with 6.3?
I have a reverse proxy set up now using htpass for basic auth but that's all or nothing access to kibana and not really the best solution. Is there a built in tool to lock it down even further without having to make multiple kibana endpoints?
For example, I dont mind some people looking at filebeat data but the auditbeat index should be off limits to all but a handful.
