Is there any way to give role based access (like admin,user1,user2 etc.) to different kibana indices other than using X-pack or Shield plugin

X-Pack is the only supported security solution for Kibana. Some people do build authentication and potentially authorization solutions using reverse proxies, but RBAC in particular is a hard thing to implement securely outside the context of a kibana/elasticsearch plugin.
