I am currently trying to create a visualtion in Kibana showing up/down of various stores. I have added the geoip information into the heartbeat logs with logstash. My issue now is that all of the geoip fields are marked as strings.
How do i change the field to geopoint so i that i can use it in a coordinates map?
How does your geoip field look like? Can you give an example of a record that contain it?
