Grouping/filtering host servers

I have a situation where the I have a variety of hostnames for each client.

E.g.
Client 1: host1, host2, host3
Client 2: host4, host5, host6, host7

What would be the most effective way to group these client machines together in order to filter on them?

You could setup pinned filters at the top of the dashboard with custom naming.
Otherwise consider attaching the client name to the event as well.

Thanks for the prompt reply Mark. When you say 'attach the client name to the event'
What do you mean?
For example i have metricbeats sitting on all these servers, so would I go about adding a new value to push through, e.g. projectcode?

If the Beat is on a server then you can attach tags to each event, this could be the client name for eg.
