I'm in the middle of evaluating different monitoring tools. As part of that, I've been using both Kibana and Grafana.
One of the best features about Grafana is how easy it is to share dashboards. Just give your instance the id number, and it will download it for you.
And if you want to bypass the download aspect, you can just copy and paste the json.
Has anyone tried to do something similar for Kibana?
I didn't find any discussions when I searched the forum for 'dashboard library'.
Ideally this would be something that Elastic.co sets up. But I could see a third party being able to implement something as well.
A site that lets users upload example screenshots and their dashboard json, and then has a one click copy the curl command for importing wouldn't be too hard to set up.
Any thoughts? Should I make a feature request on the Kibana github issue queue?
