i have an question: is master node can be data node? (node.master:true and node.data:true)
and another question: what is minimal hardware requirement for master node and data node?
is mater node can same with data node or where data node grows, master node will grows?

By default all nodes are master, data and ingest.

In cloud.elastic.co we start with instances with 1gb of HEAP so 2gb of RAM.
But it really depends on what you are doing with that. I'd probably start with at least 8gb RAM machines (4gb of HEAP) as a general recommendation.
