Hosting / Server requirements for data close to 1-2gb in size

Hi, I am new to Elasticsearch and trying to figure out the hardware specs that'll be enough for my usage.
I have around 100k rows in a mysql table which I'll map with elasticsearch index,
text search was good enough in mysql but I was facing problem with sorting & pagination and that's why decided to go for elasticsearch.

For hosting I'm going for a VPS.
please let me know your thoughts & recommendations.
