These are internal indices created by X-Pack.

For what I need it and how I can discovering they in Kibana?

The.monitoring-* indices contain monitoring data and this data is made available through the Monitoring UI, so you should not need to (even though it is possible) to create Kibana dashboards for it. If you want to look at them in Kibana, just create an index pattern in the management section and then go to the Discover tab.

or where I can read detail information about this files and how I can disable collecting this logs.
