how do i create a visualisation/dashboard with all data from yesterday?

So in the date picker it will always default to yesterday whenever I look at the visualisation or the dashboard.

You can save the time state with a dashboard, so that when you load it it will ensure it's only for the "yesterday" time range by using a relative time range.
