How to access to "observability-annotations" index in elastic apm

Hello

is there a way to access to the index "observability-annotations" in kibana (and outside) ?
Actually this index is nowhere to be seen (even with full admin permissions).

The index is described in kibana documentation about the annotations: Annotation API | Kibana Guide [8.7] | Elastic

My goal is to display all "releases" on my grafana dashboard (yes I use both Grafana and Kibana).

Kibana version: 8.6.2 (community and on prem)

Love this question. I noticed a lot of unauthorized events in our audit logs on observability-annotations for apm users.
