How to add an already existing ElasticSearch server to Cluster?

We have a standalone ElasticSearch server having around 50 indices. We want to add this server to a cluster of 3 nodes which are new (having no data/indices). Is it achievable in Elastic search? Please suggest.

If so, the data from those 50 inidices will get replicated onto the other servers?

As long as you have replicas enabled, yep.
