How to add document details to an Alert Slack Action?

Hello,
I've created an Alert and Action.
I've defined the Action to be a message to our team's Slack channel.
The message lacks details of the erroneous document.
How can I provide aggregation/document details in the Slack message?

@ylasri It's not what I meant, I need aggregation details, or document details.
