I am using drupal 8, so I am not having option to map this by custom.

Hi Not sure to understand your need since you're talking about drupal:

  • If you don't want 'empty' fields in ES, you have to use 'null_value' when indexing so a value will be set for those fields.
  • If you can not manage the data ingestion (or data is already injected into ES), I think this is not the place to have support about Drupal.
