How to calculate the cost of elasticsearch in AWS?

Hi, we are considering moving , one of our cluster, from on premise to AWS, is there a calculator to get how much it will cost? or a blog page, your personal experiences...

the cluster has 3 nodes and 3 teras of data.

when you choose the size, for example "45 Gb storage | 1 GB ram " this options are just examples? lets say I want 45 GB storage and 3 GB RAM, instead of 1 GB on ram, can I do that?
