How to calculate the Variance using Timelion in KIbana

I am wondering how I can calculate Variance using Timelion in Kibana. Is there any way to do it via this visualization tool?

You can do this using TSVB visualization in Kibana.
There is a "Variance" metric aggregation in the Aggregation dropdown list.
