How to change the DASHBOARD background color to BLACK in kibana 7.0.1 version

Hi everyone,
I am using the Kibana 7.0.1 and I want to change the dashboard background color to BLACK , but I cannot find this option on UI. Is there any way to do this ?

Under Management > Advanced Setting > "dashboard:defaultDarkTheme" you can set this field to True, which will affect the dashboard to be dark themed. Anyhow, the dark theme is global right now .
