How to create line from source to destination in MAP

Hi Experts ,

I want to show data flow from source to destination using lines something like "http://map.ipviking.com/". Please suggest from where I can start . I have source IP , destination IP, port no etc in my log.

This isn't something native to KB4 at this stage.
