how do you disable "usageCollection" plugin in kibana/conf/kibana.yml?

Hi @lenny1. It is not possible to disable a bundled plugin in Kibana. The "usageCollection" plugin enables telemetry collection. However, you can disable some telemetry collection in kibana.yml.
