How to divide two Y-Axis in Kibana?

You have to add Metircs to add division on y-axis.

@Feng_Mi If I understand correctly, you are trying to plot another Y-axis with value: Axis1Value/Axis2Value
In order to achieve this, you will need to create a scripted field in Kibana with value:
doc['field1'].value / doc['field2'].value
and add a new metric Y-axis in the bar chart based on this newly created scripted field
