I made a virtualization in kibana and I copy the iframe tag to my own web page...
Is there any way to hide the top menu (I mean "Add a filter" situated at top of virtualization)? Since the user is not allowed to filter the data in my application.

Hi, unfortunately there is not a way of doing this currently. It is a common request and the team is looking into options.
The hard part is that clicking on different areas of visualizations can add filters automatically - if you couldn't see those, it would mislead the users. We're working on making the those abilities more controlled by context.
