How to see status of enhancement requests?

I have a few enhancement requests filed through elastic support. How can I find the status of these requests? I am sure there is a searchable place to see this, likely in github, but it did not stand out to me.

As a follow on, my requests are about getting elastic integration agents supported. If I provide the product logs and details, what is a typical turn around time on requests like this for elastic?

They’re not visible outside Elastic unfortunately. Please open a fresh support case to ask about their status.

It varies depending on many things including (but not limited to) the load on the team that would deliver it and their other priorities.
