Support in ELK stack

Our organization is looking for support services in the ELK stack , The level of support is needed to provide fixes in software bugs and help in detailed analysis of trouble tickets that would be escalated by our team.

I tried contact the ELK support team several times through the subscription page but there is no response .
Can some one from the ELK support team respond here so that I can directly get in touch and take forward the discussion on scope and commercials.
