How to seperate the visualisations

it looks like in earlier versions of kibana you had a "3D" effect and could create borders between visualisations. currently visualisations work on a snap to. only when clicking "edit" do you get a border (dashed line) between the visualisations. This border helps tremendously to containerize the visualization. without a border there is a tendency for visualiations to "bleed" into adjacent visualisations and it makes the dashboard very difficult to understand at a glance.

Is there any way today or any roadmap to have either 3d or borders between the visualisations?

I understand how that could be helpful. I would suggest creating a feature request here to add that ability to the dashboard configuration.
