i created grouped bar chart by split serials in visualizate. the output is:
so, can i create a similar vertical bar chart in canvas? and the column should
be sidebyside on xaxis, not stack on top.

You can create a split bar chart, but the bars will overlap each other. Displaying the bars side by side is currently not available in the charts in Canvas. Can you file a feature request for Canvas?
We are working on adding support for adding other Kibana visualizations to a Canvas workpad in the coming releases, so you will be able to add your existing charts into Canvas soon.
