How to sync elasticsearch in 2 diffrent data centers

Hi,

We are planning to have 2 elasticsearch cluster in 2 different data centers.
How do we keep both the clusters in sync.
elastic version: 6.3.2

In 6.5, there's a new feature named cross cluster replication (platinum license required). See https://www.elastic.co/guide/en/elastic-stack-overview/current/xpack-ccr.html
