Hi All,
I’m able to encrypt the snapshot using SSE-S3(SSE managed by AWS) by adding the configuration “server-side-encryption: true” in the snapshot repository. However, I’m trying to encrypt the snapshot using SSE-C(Server Side encryption - Customer-provided encryption) in AWS as well as Linode object storage both will support the S3 repository plugin. I would like to ask you to check if there is any way to encrypt the data using SSE-C encryption using a snapshot repository or any other way to achieve this. Currently we are using Elasticsearch version 7.16
Thanks
