How to whitelist again a email which is unsubscribed by the end user in Elastic Cloud?


we are using Elastic Cloud. we have configured alerts with the Elastic SMTP (preconfigure one which comes with Elastic Cloud default). It works fine. but one of our users has clicked on un-subscribe to the email alerts. how to undo it? or how to whitelist the email again so the end-user can get the email.. please help us with solutions.
