How trigger page with asking for built-in rules and conncectors?

Hi there,
I am running 7.17.4 and would like to see the pop-up coming up in monitoring asking me if I want to install the the standard rules & connectors for Kibana alerting.
No such page is showing up in the standard space as I have seen in other clusters.

How do I trigger the appearance of this page?

You can trigger the same flow through the menu!

thanks for replying. I am just rebuilding via ansible my test environment .
I will take a look for that Menu in 7.17.4. I wonder I did not see it.
