I got "Limited to 500 results. Refine your search. 256 documents" in save search displayed in dashboard

Hi All,

I'm using 7.16.2 version.

I have a saved search that I'm displaying in dashboard. When I add a filter for a text field which contains certain text I get: "Limited to 500 results. Refine your search. 256 documents"

Why it not displaying first 500? or how can I increase the results limit?

Change Stach Management > Advanced Setting > Discover > Number of rows setting.

Then up to 5000 documents will be shown.

But I don't understand why the limit occur when 256 is less than 500.
