Hello, nice to meet you. I am a young software engineer and IT engineering student, and I would like to contribute to this opensource project.
I have been writing code for projects sold to the national Public Administration for the past 2 years and I am looking into to give an hand shipping new features to the project.

Hello, I think starting with looking at Elastic Github is a good start. There is many ways to contribute... There is the Elasticsearch backend, the Kibana frontend. The agents sending data (beats) and also not to forget the integrations for data collection.

So where ever you feel comfortable you can contribute with knowledge or code.

And helping others here , on this very forum, is contributing too. Sure developers and code is very important, but it’s far from the only important thing.
